(Assistant) Operations Manager / Qualified Outdoor Instructor ( All round ).

We are an Outdoor Company based in Dubai, UAE.

We operate a schools programme which offers school students (age 7-17) the opportunity to take part in challenging Outdoor Adventure activities in a variety of unusual environments and locations. (Deserts, Mangroves, Wadi's , Mountains (Oman).

We work in close link with World Challenge providing the domestic camps.

POSITION 1: Assistant Operation Manager. (2 year seasonal contract).

Package:

-Access to company vehicle.

-All food and lodging while on camps.

-Flight allowance.

-Accommodation allowance.

-Use of company equipment.

Key skills/ experience required:

- Managerial experience in an outdoor adventure company is a must.

- Good communication skills both written and verbal.

- Computer skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to use one initiative is imperative.

- Flexibility and an adaptable attitude for unforeseen circumstances.

- Outdoor instructor qualifications all round. (SPA, general rope work, Kayaking, Canoeing, 

  MTB, Archery, ABL, Hiking/ bush craft).

- Experience within an adventure company as a qualified instructor.

- A sense of humor.

- Drivers license (full) and can obtain an international license.

- Experience with towing a trailer and off road driving is desirable.

POSITION 2: Qualified Outdoor Instructor (All round).

Contract Period: December 2011- mid/end of April 2012 (Possible extensions are available).

Salary: 3500 Dirhams per month.

Package:

- Furnished accommodation on share base.

- All food and lodging while on camps.

- Flight allowance.

- Access to company car.

- Use of company equipment.

Key Skills / Experience required:

- Qualification as all-round Outdoor Instructor (SPA, general rope work, Kayaking, Canoeing, 

  MTB, Archery, ABL, Hiking/ bush craft).

- Experience in an adventure company as a qualified instructor is desirable.

- Adaptability.

- Good communication skills.

- Organizational skills and ability to use ones initiative.

- Flexibility and adaptable attitude to unforeseen circumstances and changes of plan.

- Sense of humor.

- Drivers license (full) and can obtain an international license.
